Goods complaint
If you wish to claim purchased goods, contact us at info@kamna-firebull.cz or by phone at +420 777 332 322 and send the claimed goods to: Radek Líbal - Laityng, Lišická 881, Chlumec nad Cidlinou, 50351.
Do not send the parcel cash on delivery, in case the claim is approved, shipping costs will be refunded.
Include proof of purchase in the package and send us an email describing the defect, order number and bank details for a refund. We have a legal 30-day period to process the claim. However, we aim to handle complaints as quickly as possible.
You are required to prove the purchase by providing a copy of the receipt or any other sufficiently reliable proof.
As a consumer, you cannot claim rights for defects you caused yourself through improper handling of the goods, or defects you were aware of at the time of purchase. This also applies to defects for which a price reduction was agreed. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear caused by regular use. For goods sold at a reduced price, the warranty does not cover defects for which the discount was granted. In the case of used goods, we are not responsible for wear corresponding to the level of use at the time of acceptance. The warranty also does not apply to defects known at the time of purchase, nor to defects caused after delivery by the customer. It also does not apply to defects caused by failure to follow the instructions or general principles of use or care.
Claims must be made no later than within 24 months. Claims should be submitted without delay to prevent the defect from worsening and potentially being rejected. Timely reporting of a defect after it is discovered ensures smooth claim processing.
