Privacy policy
1.1. The protection of the personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
1.2. The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, email address, and telephone number. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
1.3. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purposes of fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract and for maintaining the user account. Unless the buyer chooses otherwise, the buyer also agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of sending information and commercial communications. Consent to the processing of personal data in the full scope of this article is not a condition that would in itself prevent the conclusion of the purchase contract.
1.4. The buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their personal data (when placing an order through the web interface of the shop) correctly and truthfully and that they are obliged to inform the seller without undue delay of any changes to their personal data.
1.5. The seller may entrust the processing of the buyer’s personal data to a third party as a processor. Except for persons providing the delivery of goods, personal data will not be transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the buyer.
1.5.1 Use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc. This service helps us analyse how visitors use our website and improve its content and user interface. Google Analytics collects various information such as:

- pages visited,
- time spent on the website,
- and other interactions with the website content.
This data is anonymous and used for statistical purposes only. 1.5.2 How you can opt out of tracking
- If you do not wish your activities on our website to be tracked via Google Analytics, you can:

- disable cookies in your web browser (however, this may affect other website functions),
- install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting visit data on any website.

1.6. Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal data will be processed in electronic form by automated means or in printed form by non-automated means.
1.7. The buyer confirms that the provided personal data is accurate and that they have been informed that providing personal data is voluntary.
1.8. If the buyer believes that the seller or processor (Art. 8.5) is processing their personal data in a manner contrary to the protection of their private or personal life or contrary to law, especially if the data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of processing, they may:
1.8.1. request an explanation from the seller or processor,
1.8.2. request that the seller or processor remedy the situation.
1.9. If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide it. The seller is entitled to request reasonable compensation for providing this information, not exceeding the necessary costs of providing it.
