Key features for maximum comfort
- High efficiency and fuel savings: With efficiency of up to 82%, you get the most energy out of every log. The advanced tubular design, inspired by Bullerjan-type stoves, lets you feel the heat within minutes of lighting the fire.
- Glass door with a clear view: The large window lets you fully enjoy the real fire. An innovative air-supply system helps keep the glass clean for longer and reduces soot deposits.
- Precise heat control: Easy-to-use controls for the front, rear and secondary air inlets allow you to adjust the output smoothly from 2 to 6.5 kW to suit current conditions.
- Tubular heat exchanger: As an efficient tubular stove, it draws in cool air near the floor, carries it through curved tubes around the combustion chamber and releases the warmed air into the room. This natural circulation heats the entire space quickly.
- Stylish industrial design: Its distinctive appearance and compact dimensions make it a standout feature in any interior.
Where does this stove work best?
- Cabins and holiday homes: Ideal for weekend properties that need to be brought up to a comfortable temperature quickly and efficiently when you arrive in cold weather.
- Stylish interiors and clubrooms: An excellent addition to industrial-style spaces, hunting lodges or communal rooms where the fire becomes a natural gathering point.
- Retreats and glamping accommodation: A great option for unusual accommodation where guests expect both dependable warmth and a memorable visual experience.
- Traditional wine bars and tasting cellars: A real fire behind the glass door creates a warm, memorable atmosphere for every visit and tasting. This stylish wood-burning convection stove heats a chilly space rapidly and becomes an attractive centrepiece.
- Garages and hobby workshops: If you need to warm a cold space for a weekend project, this dependable workshop stove will serve you well. The low-maintenance version with a solid door is better suited to particularly dusty surroundings. If you would enjoy a soothing view of the flames while you work, the elegant glass-door version can also be used in a garage.
Why choose the Firebull convection system?
Conventional radiant stoves initially warm the air immediately around them and spread heat slowly. Firebull instead works as a dynamic convection stove. Continuous airflow through the tubular casing quickly warms cold corners and distributes heat evenly from floor to ceiling. It is particularly effective when a room needs heating fast.

Frequently asked questions
What is the warranty period for the Firebull Mini?
The Firebull Mini convection stove comes with a 3-year warranty.
Does the warranty cover the glass in the door?
The heat-resistant glass in the door is not covered by the warranty. It is considered a consumable part that may suffer mechanical damage or damage from improper use, for example if a log strikes it while refuelling.
What is the service life of the Firebull Mini?
The Firebull Mini has a service life of 20 years when operated correctly. This means it must not be overloaded or heated until it glows red. This does not happen when the stove is used within its stated maximum output.
Can I use the stove as my main source of heat?
Yes, provided you choose a model with the right output and heating capacity. This model is intended for a volume of 40–120 m³.
Which fuel is suitable?
You can burn logs or wood briquettes up to 36 cm long. The optimal fuel length is 25 cm.
How long does one full load burn?
With dry, unsplit logs of optimal or maximum length and the air controls set for a low burn rate, the fire can last up to 2 hours without further refuelling.
How long does it give off heat after the last refuelling, until completely cool?
It can continue burning and radiating heat for up to 6 hours after the last load of dry, unsplit roundwood. To achieve this, set the air controls correctly to their minimum positions and operate the stove for at least 8 hours beforehand so that enough glowing embers build up in the firebox. Once completely cool, the fire must be lit again.
How often must the ash be removed?
About once or twice a month. Firebull stoves have no grate or ash pan: the fire burns directly on the bottom tubes and is lit on a layer of ash. Remove ash with a shovel or suitable vacuum only when it reaches the lower edge of the primary-air control or opening. The ash acts as an insulating layer that protects the bottom of the stove from direct heat. Repeated burning leaves very little fine dust.
How should I clean the Firebull Mini glass?
Regular care helps maintain a clear view of the fire. To remove soot and tar from the glass door, try these proven methods:
- Fine ash (free and environmentally friendly): Dip a damp paper towel into fine, cold ash from the firebox. Gently wipe the black deposits from the cool glass in circular motions. Then wash the glass with clean water and dry it.
- Specialist cleaners: For stubborn tar, use a dedicated stove or fireplace glass cleaner in foam or spray form. Always apply it to a cool door, leave it briefly to work, then wipe it off.
- Vinegar solution: Mix vinegar and water 1:1 in a spray bottle. Spray it onto cool glass, leave it briefly, then wipe with a microfibre cloth.
How can I prevent soot and tar building up on the glass?
Use only well-seasoned wood, ideally with a moisture content below 20%. Wet wood contributes to soot formation. Correct air control is also essential: do not leave the air supply fully restricted for long periods. Too little oxygen prevents proper combustion and creates thick smoke.
What type of glass is used in the door?
The Firebull Mini door contains special heat-resistant ceramic glass that withstands the extreme temperatures inside the combustion chamber. Under normal use and with correct lighting, it should not crack.
How can I stop smoke escaping when refuelling?
Ideally, add fuel when the wood has almost burned away and only glowing embers remain on the ash. If the flue has a damper, make sure it is fully open. Before opening the door wide, fully open both the primary and secondary air inlets.
Carefully release the handle and open the door just 1–2 cm. Wait 5–10 seconds for the flue gases to be drawn into the chimney. This balances the pressure between the firebox and the room and establishes the draught needed to keep smoke out of the living space. Then open the door fully, add the required logs promptly and safely, and close it again immediately.
Does the Firebull stove's paint need to be cured?
Yes. The paint must be heat-cured before the first regular use. This allows the surface finish to harden properly.
Curing procedure:
- Heat the stove gradually during its first firing until it reaches its stated maximum output.
- Keep it at maximum output for approximately 2 hours.
- Ventilate the room well during curing. Odour and smoke may occur as substances are released from the paint.
- Afterwards, allow the stove to cool completely.
You can also cure the paint outdoors, avoiding the need to ventilate an indoor room. Follow these steps:
- Place the stove in a safe location suitable for operation.
- Connect a flue pipe at least 2 m high. This height should be sufficient for curing the paint.
- Heat the stove gradually during its first firing until it reaches its stated maximum output.
- Keep it at maximum output for approximately 2 hours.
- Odour and smoke may occur as substances are released from the paint.
- Allow the stove to cool completely.
- Once completely cool, move and install it in its intended indoor location.
Note: Noticeable odour and smoke may occur during the first curing fire. This is a normal part of hardening the stove's heat-resistant paint.
