Protection of Personal Data
1.1. The protection of personal data of a Buyer who is a natural person is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
1.2. The Buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: first and last name, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, email address, and telephone number (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Data").
1.3. The Buyer agrees to the processing of Personal Data by the Seller for the purposes of exercising rights and obligations under the Purchase Agreement and for the purpose of maintaining a user account. Unless
1.4. The Buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their Personal Data correctly and truthfully (when ordering from the Web Interface of the Store) and that they are obliged to inform the Seller of any changes to their Personal Data without undue delay.
1.5. The Seller may entrust a third party, as a processor, with the processing of the Buyer's Personal Data. Except for persons transporting the goods, Personal Data will not be passed on to third parties by the Seller without the Buyer's prior consent.
1.5.1 Use of Google Analytics Our website uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google, Inc. This service helps us analyze how visitors use our site, thereby improving its content and user interface. Google Analytics collects various information, such as:
- IP address,
- Browser type,
- Pages visited,
- Time spent on the page,
- And other interactions with site content.

1.6. Personal Data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal Data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
1.7. The Buyer confirms that the provided Personal Data is accurate and that they have been informed that the provision of Personal Data is voluntary.
1.8. In the event that the Buyer believes the Seller or the processor (Art. 8.5) is processing their Personal Data in a way that conflicts with the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or in violation of the law, especially if the Personal Data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, the Buyer may:
- 1.8.1. Request an explanation from the Seller or processor.
- 1.8.2. Demand that the Seller or processor remedy the situation.
1.9. If the Buyer requests information about the processing of their Personal Data, the Seller is obliged to provide this information. The Seller has the right to demand reasonable compensation for providing the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide such information.
