Complaints (Claims)
If you wish to file a claim for purchased goods, please contact us at info@kamna-firebull.cz or by phone at +420 777 332 322, and send the claimed goods to the following address: Radek Líbal - Laityng, Lišická 881, Chlumec nad Cidlinou, 50351, Czech Republic.
Do not send the shipment via cash on delivery (COD); if the claim is approved, your shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Include a proof of purchase in the package and send us an email describing the defect, including the order number and bank details for the refund. By law, we have a 30-day period to settle a claim. However, we strive to resolve claims as quickly as possible.
When filing a claim, you are obliged to prove the purchase by presenting a copy of the purchase receipt or in another sufficiently credible manner.
As a consumer, you cannot exercise rights arising from defects that you caused yourself through improper handling of the goods or that you were aware of at the time of purchase. The same applies to defects for which a price reduction was agreed upon. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by standard use. For items sold at a lower price, the warranty does not cover defects for which the lower price was negotiated. In the case of used items, we are not liable for defects corresponding to the level of use or wear that the item had upon receipt. The warranty also does not apply to defects you were aware of during purchase, as well as those caused by yourself after receipt. Furthermore, we are not liable for defects caused by failure to observe general principles of handling, failure to follow instructions or product care, or special principles with which you were acquainted during the purchase.
A claim must be filed no later than within a 24-month period. The claim should be filed without delay to prevent the defect from spreading, which could result in the rejection of the claim. Timely notification of a defect after it appears can ensure a smooth claims process.
Returns (Withdrawal from Contract)
If the received goods do not meet your expectations, you may utilize the 14-day return period. Before sending the goods, please contact us at info@kamna-firebull.cz or at +420 777 332 322 and provide your invoice number, the items being returned, and bank details for the refund.
Returned goods must be unused and undamaged. Should the returned goods be in any other condition, we reserve the right to send the items back to the buyer or deduct the assessed value from the refunded amount.

Do not send the shipment via cash on delivery (COD). In the event of a return, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.
Instruction on the Right to Withdraw from the Contract
Please inform us of your withdrawal via email first. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving a reason, except in cases where the goods were custom-made or modified at the customer's request. If you return goods to which the right of withdrawal does not apply, we may refuse the shipment. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the respective period expires. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen days from the day following the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods. For goods delivered in parts, the receipt of the last delivery applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller — Radek Líbal - Laityng, Lišická 881, Chlumec nad Cidlinou 50351, ID: 68218931 — via a unilateral legal act. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form available for download above and send it via email, include it in the package with the returned goods, or enclose their own form. The consumer shall send the returned goods along with the proof of purchase to the address Lišická 881, Chlumec nad Cidlinou 50351. Shipments cannot be returned via COD. The consumer acknowledges that the shipment must be sent with a tracking number to provide data regarding the dispatch.
If the consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of the consumer's chosen delivery method, which is other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless the consumer has expressly specified otherwise. In no case will this incur additional costs for you. The refund will be issued only after the returned goods have been received. The consumer bears the direct costs associated with returning the goods. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. We are entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for compensation for the diminished value of the goods against your claim for a refund of the purchase price.
